Multiple accounts, including across similar details or IP addresses, may be treated as "duplicate accounts" and may be closed, with bonuses cancelled and winnings voided at the Operator's discretion.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game rules and RTP: Each Game is governed by its own rules, pay tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, as provided by the relevant software provider. You must familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any Bet. In case of any conflict between Game-specific rules and these Terms, the Game rules prevail for gameplay mechanics and payouts, while these Terms govern the contractual relationship.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted once it has been recorded by the Operator's systems and appears in your Account or Game history. The server time of the Operator constitutes the sole and conclusive evidence of the time a Bet was placed, accepted, and resolved.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by currency or player segment. The Operator reserves the right to adjust limits, including for specific players, based on risk management policies, without prior individual notice.
- Types of bets: The Website may offer:
- standard single-spin or single-round bets on slots and table games;
- multi-hand or multi-bet configurations in certain games;
- live dealer bets in live casino streams; and
- tournament entries or leaderboard-based competitions.
Bet Confirmation, Cancellation and Modification
- Irreversibility of accepted bets: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the Operator's systems, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is your responsibility to check that your wager amount, currency, and Game selection are correct before confirming.
- Operator's right to void or adjust bets: The Operator may, in its sole discretion, declare a Bet or series of Bets void, or adjust the outcome, if:
- a technical failure (including hardware, software, or network issues) caused an error in Game operation, odds display, or result recording;
- the Bet was placed after the outcome was already known or should reasonably have been known by you;
- fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or exploitation of vulnerabilities is suspected; or
- the Bet contravenes these Terms, game rules, or applicable licensing requirements.
- Disputed results: The outcome recorded on the Operator's or the game provider's server is final and conclusive. If your on-screen balance differs from the Operator's records, the server records will prevail. You may request a review of the game log through customer support if you believe an error occurred.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When taking part in live casino games, live chat features, or any interactive elements, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff, and other players. You must not use language or share content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexist, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Prohibition of advertising and solicitation: You must not use chat or any feature of the Services to advertise other websites, services, or products, solicit funds, or promote external gambling platforms, including other versions of Wanted Win outside wantedwinbet-au.com.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not:
- collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- share information about other players' strategies or private information;
- use multiple accounts or coordinate play through third parties; or
- engage in any conduct that undermines fair play or the integrity of Games.
- Enforcement: The Operator may mute, restrict, or permanently disable chat access; withhold bonuses; void Bets; or suspend or terminate your Account where it reasonably believes that you have breached these conduct rules.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate bonus terms: All Bonuses offered on the Website are subject to these Terms and the specific Bonus Terms published at or linked from:
- https://wantedwin.com/bonus-terms; and/or
- the dedicated promotion page on wantedwinbet-au.com or within promotional communications.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to:
- new Players (welcome bonuses);
- Players from certain jurisdictions (for AU-facing offers, Australia unless otherwise stated);
- Players who meet minimum deposit or activity thresholds; or
- invited Players under targeted campaigns.
Activation, Wagering and Timeframes
- Bonus activation: Some Bonuses require a minimum deposit, entry of a bonus code, or manual opt-in via the cashier or promotion page. Details will be stated in the specific promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise specified:
- deposit bonuses must be wagered a stated number of times (e.g., 40x bonus amount or 40x bonus plus deposit);
- winnings from free spins or no-deposit bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and subject to wagering before conversion to Real Money Balance; and
- only qualifying bets on eligible Games count towards wagering.
- Time limits: Bonuses and free spins generally expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the promotion (for example, 7 - 30 days from crediting). Upon expiry, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While a Bonus is active, you must not exceed the maximum bet amount per spin/round stated in the Bonus Terms. Exceeding the maximum bet may lead to confiscation of bonus funds and winnings.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Excluded games: Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus play or may contribute 0% towards wagering requirements. These exclusions are listed in the Bonus Terms or on the promotional page. Playing excluded Games with an active Bonus may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any related winnings.
- Irregular play: The following activities are considered irregular play and may lead to cancellation of Bonuses and associated winnings:
- placing low-risk bets or hedging strategies (such as betting on red and black simultaneously in roulette);
- using Bonus funds solely to progress through game features or bonus rounds and completing such features with real money after wagering is met ("bonus abuse");
- deliberately accumulating Bonus rounds or free spins using bonus money and then switching to real money play; and
- creating multiple accounts or coordinating play with others to take unfair advantage of promotions.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Removal
- Non-cumulative offers: Unless explicitly stated, only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. You may not combine welcome bonuses with other deposit bonuses, cashback, or similar promotions on the same deposit.
- Opting out: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting customer support. If you cancel a Bonus before completing the wagering requirements, the Bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will generally be removed from your Account, while the remaining Real Money Balance will remain available.
- Operator's rights: The Operator reserves the right to:
- amend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honouring benefits already earned in accordance with the applicable Bonus Terms;
- limit individual Players' eligibility for Bonuses where bonus abuse, collusion, or risk behaviour is suspected; and
- refuse to grant or pay out Bonuses where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods for AU Players: For Users accessing Wanted Win Casino via wantedwinbet-au.com, typical deposit options may include:
- PayID or "Instant Bank Transfer" via third-party processors;
- Neosurf vouchers or similar prepaid methods;
- credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), where available; and
- cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE processed through CoinsPaid or comparable providers.
- Deposit limits and fees: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day, week or month. Some payment providers may charge fees for processing or currency conversion (typically 2 - 3% where AUD is converted to EUR/USD or other settlement currencies). Any such charges are your responsibility.
- Deposit processing time: Most deposits are processed instantly. However, delays can occur due to intermediary banks, payment processors, or blockchain network congestion in the case of cryptocurrencies.
- Turnover requirement and anti-money-laundering: To comply with AML policies, you must generally wager your deposited funds at least three (3) times ("3x turnover") before requesting a withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal without meeting this threshold, the Operator may:
- charge a fee of up to 10% of the amount withdrawn; and/or
- decline the withdrawal and request that the funds be wagered to the required turnover.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods and "return to source" principle: Withdrawals will, where reasonably possible, be processed back to the same method and in the same currency used for deposit. If this is not feasible (for example, PayID withdrawals not being supported, card restrictions, or technical limitations), the Operator may offer alternative withdrawal methods, including bank transfer or cryptocurrencies, subject to KYC and AML checks.
- Limits for AU Players: Standard withdrawal limits for Wanted Win Casino are:
- up to AUD 10,000 per week; and
- up to AUD 30,000 per calendar month, unless a higher limit is agreed for VIP or high-roller players in writing. Progressive jackpot wins or exceptionally large wins may be paid in instalments, subject to negotiation and technical or licensing constraints.
- Processing times: Indicative timeframes, subject to KYC completion and risk checks, are:
- cryptocurrency withdrawals: 0 - 2 hours after approval;
- e-wallet or similar methods (if available): 0 - 24 hours after approval;
- bank transfers (including via intermediaries): 3 - 7 Business Days;
- no processing of bank transfers on weekends or bank holidays in relevant jurisdictions.
- Verification and security checks: The Operator may:
- request KYC documentation as a condition for any withdrawal, regardless of amount;
- require additional proof of payment method ownership and source of funds for cumulative or large withdrawals;
- amend or cancel withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity or potential breach of these Terms.
Currency, Conversion and Fees
- Account currency: You may select the currency (including, where available, AUD) for your Account at registration, though certain Games or payment options may settle in different base currencies used by the Operator or its providers.
- Conversion rates: Where currency conversions occur (for example, depositing AUD through a processor that settles in EUR or USD), such conversions will be carried out at the rate applied by the Operator or the payment provider at the time of the transaction, which may include a margin. The Operator is not responsible for any exchange rate losses or fees.
- Administrative fees: The Operator may, in limited circumstances such as repeated deposit/withdrawal cycling with minimal play, charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline transactions to mitigate AML risk and operational costs.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Adjustments
- Refund policy: Deposits are not normally refundable. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the Operator's sole discretion, provided that funds have not been used for substantial gameplay or bonus abuse.
- Chargebacks and reversals: If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a transaction with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider:
- the Operator may immediately suspend or close your Account;
- all Bet outcomes may be voided, and associated winnings cancelled; and
- the Operator may pursue recovery of the disputed amounts, chargeback fees, and associated costs.
- Bonus-related adjustments: If a withdrawal is processed that includes Bonus funds or winnings not yet meeting the wagering requirements, the Operator may:
- deduct the Bonus and associated winnings from the withdrawal; or
- cancel the Bonus and adjust your Account balance to reflect Real Money only, in accordance with the relevant Bonus Terms.

Operator's Obligations and Fairness of Games
- Provision of Services: The Operator undertakes to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, using licensed software providers and maintaining the integrity and fairness of Games in accordance with Curaçao licensing conditions and industry standards.
- Random number generation: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or equivalent live-dealer mechanisms supplied by reputable third-party providers. Independent testing and certification may be performed where required by regulators or licensors.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Website (including balances, transactions, and promotional descriptions) is accurate. However, minor display errors, latency, or caching issues may occur, and only the records on the Operator's servers and/or the game providers' servers will be treated as final.

- for clearly erroneous Bet settlements or technical glitches, the Operator's liability is, in any event, limited to the amount of the disputed Bet(s) or the actual funds lost due to the error, whichever is lower.
- the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of:
Australian Regulatory Context
- No Australian licence: You acknowledge that the Operator is not licensed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) or any Australian State/Territory gambling regulator. Your legal relationship with the Operator is governed by Curaçao law as set out below, and you cannot rely on Australian consumer, gambling, or dispute resolution regimes in relation to the Services.
- Blocking and enforcement: Australian authorities may direct internet or payment service providers to block access to the Website or certain payment channels. The Operator is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such regulatory actions, including the inability to access your Account or process deposits/withdrawals, provided any remaining positive Real Money Balance will be paid out subject to applicable law and these Terms.

- Mandatory local rules: Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
